Terms of Service

1. Parties to the Agreement and Scope of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wuhan Jinjie Electronic Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us") regarding the use of "GlobalCodeLink". The scope of service covers all product formats provided by the platform, including but not limited to web-based SaaS subscription services for end-users, and API data services for developers.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time when necessary. Upon updating the terms, we will publish the latest version on the website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the platform's services shall be deemed as your having read and accepted the modified terms.

2. Accounts, Billing, and Refund Policy

Account and Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and API Key. All activities and credit consumption occurring under your account are deemed to be your own operations. The platform shall bear no liability whatsoever and shall not provide any compensation for unauthorized API credit usage and financial losses resulting from your improper storage, code leaks, or hacker attacks.

2.1 Web-based SaaS Subscription Service

• Billing and Cycle: SaaS memberships offer two subscription models: "Monthly" and "Annual". The service takes effect from the moment of successful payment and expires on the date the corresponding cycle ends.
• Refund Policy: Due to the special nature of digital services, once a SaaS subscription service takes effect, it is in principle non-refundable except where mandated by law. If you have no usage records within 7 days after purchase, you may contact customer service to apply for a full refund.

2.2 API Developer Service

• Credit Validity: API prepaid packages and flexible Pay-As-You-Go credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase/recharge. Each new Pay-As-You-Go recharge will automatically extend the validity period of your total balance. System calls will deduct the credits that are nearest to expiration first.
• Refund Policy: Within 7 days after recharging or purchasing a package, if no API calls have been made (zero consumption), you may apply for a full refund. Once any call record is generated, it is deemed that performance of the service has commenced, and refunds will not be supported under any circumstances.

3. Data Usage and Intellectual Property (Restrictions on Resale)

The intellectual property rights of all code mapping relationships, in-depth analytical reports, and related structured data provided by the platform are owned by the Company.

• Prohibition of Resale: The data you obtain via the API is strictly limited to internal data processing for your internal business systems or your own application products. Any form of data scraping, creating mirrored database caches, or repackaging the platform's data into a competing API for secondary resale is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial Licensing: If you need to use the platform's data directly for external sale or large-scale distribution, you must apply to the Company in advance and obtain a written "Data Resale License".

4. Acceptable Use and Suspension Policy

• Prohibition of Account Sharing: SaaS subscription member accounts are for the sole use of the registrant (or a single designated operator). It is strictly prohibited to share, rent, lend, or transfer the account in any form. If the system detects frequent abnormal logins from multiple locations/devices, we reserve the right to restrict access to that account.
• API Rate Limiting: To ensure the user experience of global developers, the platform implements reasonable call frequency limits on API interfaces.
• Handling of Violations: If the system detects malicious high-frequency attacks against the platform, use of crawlers to bypass restrictions, sharing of API Keys for profit, or violations of the data resale ban, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, revoke all service permissions, and withhold refunds for any remaining rights or credits in the account.
• Service Modification and Termination: The platform reserves the right to unilaterally suspend, modify, or permanently terminate part or all of the services with a 30-day prior notice via email or website announcement. If the service is actively terminated for reasons attributable to the platform, we will provide a prorated refund based on the valid, unconsumed prepaid credits or subscription duration remaining in your account.

5. Data Privacy and System Security

• Processing of Query Data: The platform is well aware of the sensitivity of commercial data. The query requests you submit via the API or Web interface (e.g., industry keywords, standard codes) are used solely for system processing and returning results; the platform will not sell or share them with any third party.
• Availability Guarantee: The platform is committed to providing stable and reliable services, but the services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be absolutely error-free or permanently uninterrupted (e.g., due to normal system maintenance, cloud service provider outages, etc.).

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All transnational code mappings, correlation analyses, and high-level semantic analysis results provided by the platform are for reference only.

• The data on the platform does not constitute any form of professional compliance advice for legal, tax, customs declaration, financial auditing, or bidding purposes. Customers must independently verify and confirm the accuracy and applicability of the platform's data before using it in actual business operations (such as cross-border customs declarations, tax filings, etc.). The Company assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential business losses or legal liabilities arising from reliance on or use of the platform's data.
• Force Majeure: The Company shall be exempt from liability for breach of contract and compensation in the event of service interruptions or data loss caused by objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable by the Company, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, government actions, judicial or administrative orders, internet backbone failures, and hacker attacks.

User Indemnification: If your violation of these Terms of Service (including but not limited to illegal scraping, data reselling, intellectual property infringement, or using the service to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities) subjects the Company to any third-party claims, lawsuits, administrative penalties, and resulting reasonable attorneys' fees and reputational damage, you agree to fully indemnify and hold the Company harmless.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Should any dispute arise between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, the parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in the place where the Company is registered (i.e., Wuhan).
