1. Website and Platform Copyright

The full copyright ownership of the overall visual design (UI/UX), interaction logic, front-end code, back-end architecture, platform copywriting, and related data charts of the "GlobalCodeLink" platform (including the Web interface and API interfaces) are owned by Wuhan Jinjie Electronic Information Co., Ltd., and is strictly protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and international copyright conventions. Without prior written permission from the Company, no one may reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform in any way.

2. Database and Compilation Work Rights

The original texts of the fundamental industry codes and standard definitions (such as GB/T, NAICS, ISIC, etc.) referenced within the platform belong to the public domain or are owned by their original issuing agencies.

However, the cross-border code mapping system, high-level semantic deduction results, industry node matching architecture, and multi-language structured database constructed by the platform through significant manpower investment constitute our company's independent "compilation work" and trade secrets. All intellectual property rights and commercial rights of this compiled database are exclusively owned by the Company.

3. Anti-Scraping Policy and Prohibited Behaviors

To protect our core data assets and server security, we hereby make the following statement:

Prohibition of Automated Scraping: It is strictly prohibited for anyone to use any automated scripts, crawlers, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools to batch access, scrape, download, or copy any mapping data of the platform.
Prohibition of Mirroring and Resale: It is strictly prohibited to mirror the data and web content of the platform, establish derivative database caches, or repackage them into API/SaaS services and data products that essentially compete with the platform for secondary resale or distribution.

For any detected abnormal scraping behaviors and infringing actions, we will immediately suspend the relevant IPs and accounts, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities and demand substantial commercial compensation.

4. Commercial Logos and Trademark Rights

"GlobalCodeLink" and its corresponding graphic logos and brand slogans are proprietary commercial identifiers and unregistered trademarks (™) of Wuhan Jinjie Electronic Information Co., Ltd. Without the explicit written authorization of the Company, no one may use the aforementioned identifiers in any commercial activities without permission, nor may they use similar names or identifiers sufficient to cause user confusion.

5. Infringement Complaints and Notices (DMCA / Safe Harbor Principle)

The platform consistently highly respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes upon your legitimate rights and interests, please send the exact web links (URLs) of the alleged infringement, clear proof of ownership materials, and your contact information to our compliance processing email. We will take relevant measures such as removal or disconnecting links as soon as possible in accordance with the law after verification.
