Facilities that provide rooms, meals, protective supervision and counseling and some healthcare. Also included is the provision of residential care and treatment for patients with substance abuse problems. - Facilities for treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. - Activities of drug addiction rehabilitation facilities that provide recovering patients with treatment, vocational training, re-integration into society.
