General state management and combined economic administration activities

This class includes the activities of general public administration (i.e. law soft enforcement, legislation, financial administration at all echelons of the government) and supervision of social-economic activities.

This class includes: - Legislative and executive administration of central, regional and provincial bodies. - Administration and supervision of fiscal affairs: + Operation of taxation system. + Collection of taxes and duties on goods and investigation into tax violations. + Customs administration. - Budget allocation and management of public funds and debts: + Raising and receiving moneys and managing their disbursements. - Administration of overall (civil) research and development policies (R&D) and their connections. - Administration and organization of overall social and economic planning and statistical services at various levels of the Government. - State management of religions.
