Local human resources provision and management

This class includes the activities of supplying local workers and providing services for management of local workers at clients’ requests, representing employer of record for the employees on matters relating to payroll, taxes, and other fiscal and human resource issues, but the units involved are not responsible for direction and supervision of employees.
