Satellite telecommunications activities

This group includes: operating, maintaining or providing access to facilities for the transmission of voice, data, text, sound and video using a satellite communications infrastructure. This group also includes: - delivery of visual, aural or textual programming received from cable networks, local television stations or radio networks to consumers via direct-to-home satellite systems. The units classified here do not generally originate programming material; - provision of Internet access by the operator of the satellite infrastructure.
