This class includes supports and assistance provided by public authorities, private organizations and individuals to the people having rendered meritorious services (except wounded or sick soldiers) through practical gratitude programs, such as giving gratitude houses, saving accounts, care, education, sponsorship, employment, etc., with the aim to stabilize the lives of these beneficiaries.
