State management of specialized economic sections

This class includes: - Administration and regulation, including subsidy allocation for different economic sections: + Agriculture + Land use + Energy and mineral sources + Transport + Communication + Hotels and tourism + Wholesale and retail trade - Administration of research and development policies (R&D) and associated funds to improve economic performance - Administration of general labor affairs. - Implementation of the regional measurement and development policy, e.g. to reduce unemployment.
