This sub-class includes: - retail sale of second-hand clothing (including sports clothing). - retail sale of garment accessories: second-hand scarf, gloves etc. - retail sale of old books, magazines, including rent. - retail sale of other second-hand goods - retail sale of antiques - activities of auctioneering houses.

This sub-class excludes: - retail sale of second-hand automobiles, motorcycles and other motor vehicles, see 45120 (Retail sale of automobiles (9 seats or fewer)) and 45412 (Retail sale of automobiles, motorcycles). - activities of Internet auctions and other non-store auctions (retail), see 47910 (Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet) and 47990 (Other retail sale not elsewhere classified). - Activities of pawn shops, see 64920 (Other credit granting).
