Retail sale of beverages in specialized stores

This class includes: retail sale of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages in specialized stores (not for consumption on the premises) such as: - retail sale of alcoholic beverages: spirits, wines, beer; - retail sale of non-alcoholic beverages: soft drinks, containing sweetening matter, whether or not aerated such as: Coca-Cola, Pepsi Cola, orange juice, lemonade, other fruit juice etc.; - retail sale of natural spring and mineral waters or bottled pured water. This sub-class also includes: retail sale of wines and beer contain low or no concentrations of alcohol.

This sub-class excludes: - retail sale of vegetable juices, fruit juices, see 47223 (Retail sale of vegetables and fruits in specialized stores); - Retail sale of beverages basically containing milk, see 47224 (Retail sale of sugar, milk and dairy products, confectionery, grain mill products, starch products in specialized stores); - retail sale of coffee powder, tea, see 47229 (Retail sale of other food products in specialized stores); - beverage preparations for consumption on the premises, see division 56 (Food and beverage service activities);
