This class includes the provision of a combination of day-to-day office administrative services, such as reception, financial planning, billing and record keeping, personnel and mail services etc. for others on a contract or fee basis This class includes: - document preparation, e.g. editing, proofreading, typing, word processing etc., and pre-archiving - other secretarial support services - transcription of documents - letter or resume writing - provision of a mailbox rental and other postal and mailing services, e.g. pre-sorting, addressing - duplicating - blueprinting - operation of photocopying machines for photocopying as a self-service - digitalisation of files (without any further processing of data) - formatting of eBooks
