Restaurants and mobile food service activities

This class includes the provision of food services to customers, whether they are served while seated or serve themselves from a display of items, whether they eat the prepared meals on the premises, take them out or have them delivered. This includes the preparation and serving of meals for immediate consumption from motorized vehicles or non-motorized carts. This class includes activities of: - restaurants - cafeterias - fast-food restaurants - take-out eating places - mobile food operators, including: truck vendors - mobile food carts - food preparation in market stalls This class includes also: - operation of restaurants on transportation equipment and within transportation facilities, if the restaurants are considered as separate units and not part of the transportation provider - Operation of restaurants from within a hotel, if these restaurants are considered as separate unites and not part of the hotel - operation of take-away restaurants in a supermarket if operated by separate units not part of the supermarket
