This class includes the provision of accommodation, typically on a daily or weekly basis, for short stays. This includes the provision of furnished accommodation in guest rooms and suites. Services offered include necessarily daily cleaning and bed-making. A range of additional services may be provided, e.g. daily cleaning and bedmaking, food and beverage services, laundry services, as well as conference and convention facilities. These activities in this class are generally characterized by providing on-site reactive customer service. This class includes accommodation provided by e.g.: - hotels - resort hotels
