This class excludes: - cargo handling, see 5224 - luggage and passenger inspection at airports, not by public authorities, see 8011 - luggage and passenger inspection at airports, by public authorities, see 8423 - operation of flying schools for professional pilots, see 8532 - operation of flying schools not issuing professional certificates and permits, see 8553
