Transport-related industrial design services

This Sub-class includes design services for transport equipment, for example: •automobiles •mass-transit vehicles •ships and marine vessels •bicycles and Personal Mobility Devices (PMD) Units in this Sub-class are primarily engaged in creating and developing designs and specifications that optimise the use, value and appearance of all types of transport equipment, including the determination of the materials, construction, mechanism, shape, colour and surface finishes of the product, taking into consideration human characteristics and needs, safety, market appeal and efficiency in production, distribution, use and maintenance.
