This Sub-class includes the overseeing and managing their related company or enterprise (both locally and overseas), such as undertaking the strategic planning, decision making, operational control of these related company or enterprise and may provide a range of administrative services (e.g. marketing, recruitment, finance) to these related companies or enterprises only. These units are often known as head or regional head offices.
