This Sub-class includes legal advice, representation and related legal services by, or under supervision of, persons who are members of the bar as part of legal procedure in courts or other judicial bodies. Units in this Sub-class are engaged in one or more of the following: •advice, representation and related legal services in all areas of law (e.g. criminal law, civil law, administrative law, labour disputes, and arbitration and mediation as part of legal procedure) •provision of general legal counsel and/or legal advice and other related legal services •preparation and/or certification of legal documents (e.g. articles of incorporation, partnership agreements or similar documents in connection with company formation, patents, trade marks and copyrights, preparation of deeds, wills, trusts, etc.) and other related legal services •other activities of notaries public, civil law notaries, bailiffs, arbitrators and mediators, examiners and referees
