This Sub-class includes construction of complete residential or non-residential buildings. Outsourcing parts or even the whole construction process is possible. Units in this Sub-class are primarily engaged in one or more of the following: •construction of all types of residential buildings: - landed houses like detached houses, semi-detached houses and/or terrace houses - non-landed buildings, like high-rise public housing and/or condominiums - construction of all types of commercial buildings, like office buildings, shophouses, shopping malls, indoor sports facilities, carparks and/or hotels - construction of buildings for production, like factories, workshops, assembly plants and/or warehouses - construction of institutional and other buildings, such as healthcare, educational and religious facilities •major additions and alterations or upgrading to existing building structures
