This Sub-class includes the transmission and sale of electricity to households, industrial and commercial users. This economic activity may require a licence from the Energy Market Authority or its equivalent. Units in this Sub-class are primarily engaged in one or more of the following: •operation of transmission systems that convey the electricity from the generation facility to the distribution system •operation of distribution systems (i.e. consisting of lines, poles, meters, and wiring) that convey electric power received from the generation facility or the transmission system to the final consumer •sale of electricity to the user, including through electric charging stations/kiosks
